Ingredience Kůra, tzn. spodek dortu 16 ks. wholemeal biscuits (
150 g. softened butter

500 g. cheese
2.5 dl. sour cream or milk
250 g. powdered sugar
1 bag of gelatin granules
1/2 liter. whipping cream, UNWHIPPED
1 bag of vanilla sugar
Topping (optional)
how much forest or other fruit is needed
1 bag of cake topping
2.5 dl. fruit juice (which one depends on the fruit you put in)
Preparation

Mix the coarsely ground biscuits well with the butter and line a round cake tin (24 cm).

Beat the cheese, milleram, icing sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.

Soak and dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the bag, then pour in the whipped cream (UNWHIPPED), mix carefully and add to the cheese mixture. Mix everything well and pour into the mold over the biscuits. Put in the fridge.

When the filling has hardened (after an hour or two), arrange the fruit on top and return it to the refrigerator.
5.
Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions on the bag with the fruit juice of your choice.

Pour the cooled mixture over the cake, which is best left to rest overnight in the refrigerator.
